All students taking courses with MTC are asked to complete a simple enrollment form and pay the one-time $30 Enrollment Fee.

If you are entering a formal program with your district, congregation, RSO, or other organization, this form is in addition to any they may require.
FLT students: Simply enter your first and last names and email then “Add to Cart”.
If you would like to pay this fee and/or any courses in your shopping cart with a check, please enter the Discount Code: CHECK on the Checkout screen. This will discount your purchase 100%. We will email you an invoice for your purchase. It will include directions for completing and mailing your check.
