• Take a moment to complete the simple, online application. Click here: MTC Application.
• To pay the one-time $30 application processing fee, click the “ADD TO CART” button above.
• On the Checkout screen, click “Yes” under “Submitted Your Application?”
• Proceed with the Checkout process – ensuring that your “Billing details” match the card you are using.
